What if the Trolley is full?

We always have extra trolleys on standby in high-traffic areas. If you don’t get onto the first trolley, our driver will radio the standby driver to come pick you up. However, please keep in mind that these tours operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and sometimes you may be required to wait for the next trolley, usually a 20-minute wait. We do our very best to make sure this does not happen.
